Shipping + Orders
All items are shipped via USPS. Please only select free “in-store pick up” if you are local and able to pick up within 14 days of ordering. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be released for resale, and no refunds or store credit will be issued. Please contact us at hello@figandivycollective.com if you need extra time to pick up your order.
Order Processing Takes 1-3 Business Days after your order is placed. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship or pick up. If you have selected in-store pcikup, your email may say that your item has "shipped" - this simply means that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup!
Please Note: Orders placed Friday after 4:00 pm through Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically.
You are able to use only ONE promotional code in addition to any e-gift card or store credit code at checkout. Fig + Ivy Collective is not responsible if the promotional or gift card code is not entered at checkout and it cannot be retroactively applied. Payment is processed automatically.
Online promotional codes are not valid in-store.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting. We do not guarantee that changes can be made to orders after they are submitted for processing - however, if you have any issues or would like to request adjustments to your order please email hello@figandivycollective.com as soon as possible.
What is Fig + Ivy's Return Policy?
You can access our self-service returns portal by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner of our homepage. Please review the following criteria to ensure your item(s) are eligible for return.
All items to be returned are to be done so within 21 days of receiving your order for store credit only.
We do not offer credit/debit refunds, however your store credit never expires and can be used at any time toward future online purchases.
Returned items are to be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and original packaging intact (shoeboxes, sunglass cases, jewelry holders, etc). Returns will not be accepted if they do not meet the above criteria. If any items are returned and do not meet return criteria, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost, if you so choose.
All sale items are final sale.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact hello@figandivycollective.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Fig + Ivy Collective will not offer refunds of any kind for damage done to products after they have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. Fig + Ivy Collective will not be held responsible for this type of damage after the fact, as Fig + Ivy is not the manufacturer but rather the reseller of these items. We encourage our customers to please closely follow any care instructions listed on each clothing item as to avoid causing damage.
Fig + Ivy Collective does not offer refunds or exchanges (returns for store credit only) at this time due to the quick-selling nature of our products.
